The break is almost over...Mom will be going back to the hospital again on Sunday for her second induction chemo treatment. According to Carly, this wouldn't be fun at all. May God put His hands around Mom so she wouldn't suffer that much. So, two more days to enjoy with her before another battle to come. Please keep praying for her, please...
20121210 Monday - Due to my department year end breakfast, I had to leave the house earlier than usual. Therefore, I asked Dad for help! So Dad came helped with the boys' breakfast, dropping Jake to school, dropping Jonah and Cheryl at Early Year Center and picking them up home!!! How great it is to have grandparents once again. Thank God for sending them back Your way (so Fian can't have them all by herself, hahaha). Mom is doing great, meet up with a few seniors (friends' parents) and had dinner with them. Dad also enjoyed a few soccer games before joining Mom for dinner. Pray that this will not change, hahaha...if this is His will of course.
20121211 Tuesday - Mom keeps feeling good these few days. Pray for her check up tomorrow. Thank you Cheung Cheung Auntie for inviting them out for lunch today. Somewhere on Hwy 7 and McCowan, hahaha. Whatever that it, I'm sure you guys had lots of fun.
Christmas is around the corner and I'm very excited always. Saw baby Ryan's Christmas card (thanks Jen/Ray) last night and made me wanna turn on my camera once again. First I need to charge it up and then remove the dust after, hahaha. Compared to Jake, Jonah does have a lot less pictures taken from the SLR (but he got lots from iPhone, hahaha). Not sure if it's the technology or if it's the parents who's getting more busy (and lazy). I should capture more when they were still young cuz' time really flies...wish I could hold on to the clock, hahaha.

Jake gave me a big hug from behind while I was putting on my socks this morning. What a great feeling! I can feel his love, his trust on me and I can also see how close we are. I think my report card of being a father is not too bad so far, hahaha. Our relationship with God should be the same. We should be able to love Him and trust Him and be this close with Him anytime. I heard from the radio this morning about the guy walking on a rope across Niagara Falls back in the 18th Century. The biggest thing is not going across by himself but to carry a person back. People kept talking about if he can do it or not. One guy in a restaurant believed in him big time but when the guy invited him to be the one being carried across for real, he refused. Do we have enough trust to be carried by Him?
20121212 Wednesday - What a funny day it is today 12/12/12 12:12 12 disciples 12 animals years 12 hours per clock 12 months a year, hahaha...whenever it is, God's love doesn't stop for a second and He is timeless always!
Today is another check up day for Mom. We've been praying for her condition and trying to see if she can skip another induction chemo treatment. This is not part of His plan though. The biopsy result came back still showing some blasts cells in her BM at around 15-20% which means she'll need to go through another induction treatment any time soon. Thank God that her blood stream has no signs of those bad cells and that's why she's feeling great these days with good appetites. She's very positive when telling me her report/updates. And said she'll eat more while she's still able to before she's being "executed", hahaha. We are leaving everything to God once again. We'll take whatever He gives happily.
The only complaint she has is her bumps on her arms. They look like little marbles (not as hard) hiding underneath her skins. Need to ask the doctors for more next time. She didn't join us for dinner tonight after a day of travelling and running around, only Dad came.
Let's all be excited as Mary for Baby Jesus' arrival...

Mary's Song:
“My soul
glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has been
mindful of the humble state of his servant.
From now on all generations will call me blessed, for the Mighty One has
done great things for me - holy is his name.
His mercy extends to those who fear him, from generation to
generation. He has performed mighty
deeds with his arm; he has scattered those who are proud in their inmost
thoughts. He has brought down rulers
from their thrones but has lifted up the humble. He has filled the hungry with good things but
has sent the rich way empty. He has
helped his servant Israel, remembering to be merciful to Abraham and his
descendants forever, just as he promised our ancestors.” (Luke 1:46-55)

God will lead her through, I'm sure. Will continue praying for her. Please keep us posted of her progress, Haven. Thanks.
